Hello Koen,
sorry for the cross-post (openembedded-devel, meta-ti), I think this
affects both projects one way or the other.
Recently, meta-openembedded/toolchain-layer removed gcc-4.5. This means
with oe-core + meta-oe you now can choose between gcc-4.6 and gcc-4.7.

Hello *.*,
sorry for the cross-post (openembedded-devel, meta-ti), I think this
affects both projects one way or the other.
Recently, meta-openembedded/toolchain-layer removed gcc-4.5. This
means with oe-core + meta-oe you now can choose between gcc-4.6 and
gcc-4.7. However, both compilers break
Hi,
when using gold - angstrom default now - notifications in xfce do not
work and complain with
| notify-send: symbol lookup error: /usr/lib/libnotify.so.1: undefined
symbol: gdk_screen_make_display_name
To test I build an image without using gold and notifications work as expected.

Hello *.*,
There's a new layer in town. HidaV will provide a common platform
layer, development support, and firmware for our yet-to-come ti8148
based systems. The layer poses a symbiosis of a "board support" and a
"distribution" layer. HidaV integrates meta-ti, meta-openembedded,
