We have talked about layer quality for years. This is on small step
towards that by having meta-oe specific image to run ptests. Not all packages
are included but this is a start.

This should use BPN instead of PN otherwise it might fail with
multilib. ${PN}-${PV} can also be replaced by ${BP}.

Hello guys!
Writing because of an issue I haven't before, but I have made absolutely no
change on my machine so this look very strange. I'm currently unable to
fetch icedtea7-native. I have relaunched bitbake several times, still the
same error.
