I spent some time last weekend to get finally a first version of qtwebengine
building
inside OE. The current state builds without any problems and is also usable to
some
degree at runtime. Sadly I didn't had much time to do some extensive testing
with it
on a target device so I fi

The new recipe is based on the qt4-tool-native one but it even installs the
libraries of
qt4 and not only the tools like moc/rcc. It will not increase the build time as

libraries are already build for the qt4-tool-native but not staged.

fsogsmd now depends on msmcommd-specs as this provides the DBus API definition
how to
speak with the msmcomm daemon. At runtime it needs the msmcomm daemon to talk
over the
DBus API to the modem.

Heyho,
the following patches improves the support for the palmpre machine. They
updates the
recipes for the msmcomm daemon to the latest version and fix the dependencies on
libfsotransport and fsogsmd. If nobody has any complaints about these patches I
will
commit them in the next days.
regard
libfsotransport provides a special hsuart transport which only works and is
used on
the palmpre machine. For this the palmpre-systems-deps are needed to provide
ioctl
support for the hsuart.

improvements and are
rebased against the latest version from Palm found at
http://opensource.palm.com from time
to time. The modified kernel tree is maintained by the FSO team.

We currently have no palmpre support for x-load. As long as we miss it we use
