Thanks for the review but I think you can actually scrap this merge...
Indeed, in the meantime, the module has been completely rewritten with a
new version 2 which is much cleaner and works now for SO/PO (SP/SM being
now under development).

I am still not comfortable with the idea.
We should be able to post an inventory at the date it has been performed
(inventory date) and calculated based on this date

accountant/manager to give the green light in order to start posting new
stock/accounting moves after the stock taking.
