looks like something fails after resume from deep sleep (mem):

usb networking was nonworking after resume: no usb0 at host appeared
sleep (standby) also works time to time: first time it just goes to
sleep and back

on 2.4 we can`t go to sleep (or deep sleep?) when mux (ipc) is active.
