Chirstian, I just did the following as a sanity check: 1. Installed VirtualBox under Windows XP 2. Downloaded the VM image and extracted the .vdi using 7zip (which is currently a pain since you have to extract the .gzip and the .tar archives - we will fix this) 3. Moved the .vdi to my desktop 4

I was following the tutorial, downloaded the Virtual Machine image file for virtual box, it does not work. When you try to add it to the VM created in Virtual Box as the hard disk, you get an error, see screenshot. I am using Windows 7, with virtual box version 4.0.8 r77178 [cid:image002.png@
