Please sign in to the Font Library, visit your font profile page at
http://openfontlibrary.org/font/knots and set the sample text to
whatever you like!

Thanks for your inquiry. The Library can handle multiple versions of
fonts, but the interface for this is not yet exposed to normal
Members.
We are targeting font updating for a future release of the Font
Library: https://blueprints.launchpad.net/openfontlibrary/+spec/font-update

appropriate license in the meta-data:

Old fonts are missing, you can get that from http://fonts.qubodup.net/all.html
