I think the site IA can strongly encourage the top 3 licenses (I
suggest: public domain/CC-0 non-copyleft, OFL weak-copyleft, and
GPL+FE strong-copyleft)

fonts licensed under and/or what are top 3 licenses for fonts out there?

I'm not sure about this; if the OFLB is to showcase the best free
software fonts, I think it ought to accept anything with a free
software license; we ought to recomme
