So, I've set up Opengrok 0.10 to index a bunch of our source trees. Ultimately, the complete source tree I've asked it to index includes 310,000 files, 15 GB total in 19 projects. But when I clear out the old indexes (to keep things simple) and re-index everything, Opengrok is skipping about 1
