Agrees with my experience.
 
For incoming travellers:
 
- Avoid the taxi divers or hotel reps in the arrival hall offering you
transport/accommodation
- take the lift down and get the KLIA Express train to Sentral (RM35)
- prepay the taxi at the official taxi counter (~20RM) to get you to your
hotel.
- relax, KL is a wonderful city!!!

Just contact the hotel. They usually have a arrangement with drivers for a 
set price, usually very reasonable.
