Maybe IPoIB send side is faster than the receive side, so you are
overflowing the RQ?
Would not the number of packets arrived be a better bechmark?

we are doing some performance testing of multicast traffic over
ipoib. The tests are performed by using iperf on dual 1.6G AMD PCI-X
