why don't use db4-devel. db-devel sems obsolete.

I have downloaded OFED-1.0-rc4 for my RHEL 4.3. But I
can't build all modules because it needs db-devel.
RHEL 4.3 just have db4-devel there is no db-devel. Is
there anything I don't know?
