I got a replacement for my failed 3 TB Hitachi drive. Unfortunately, I can't access the replacement from either Sol 10 u8 or OI 151a7. If I run "format -e" and select the disk, format dumps core w/ a segmentation violation.  Similarly, fdisk & dd report they are unable to open the device. Behav
