Ok, I was able to bring the time-slider service back online again:
$ pkg uninstall pkg:/desktop/time-slider
$ pkg install pkg:/desktop/time-slider
$ svcadm restart dbus
$ svcadm clear svc:/application/time-slider:default
That fixed it. I'm not sure why I had to reinstall the package. I

your output says you have a megaraid card. the 9211-11 isnt megaraid.
i know some of those ibm cards can be cross flashed but are you sure you have
an appropriate model?

If you need them, I have all revisions between 11 and 15 inclusive, as
well as some others, so feel free to request from me off-list if you
think a particular version will help.
That said, I don't think specific firmware revisions will help - it
sounds like either the firmware on it isn't flashed
The M1015 is essentially a 9211-8i running the IR firmware with
vendor-specific bits added.
