Finally tracked down the problem.user error :-[
I changed my Global Address and forgot to update the firewall, updated
firewall - problem resolved.
I did find that I had to update /etc/inet/ndpd.conf to disable SLAAC on
the IPv6 ULA and GA interfaces

I've had that happen on the rare occasions my cable gives me a different IPv6
prefix (the leases being decently long, that's typically a fairly long power
outage, not just a modem reboot). Takes awhile to remember that I have
firewall rules on the router (that sadly cannot be written in terms o
