Note that there are also exist problems with USB2/USB3 so it is not impossible
that there are other problems.

For example in the database there exists the following USB2 / USB3 issue which
I can confirm: a specific audio card that works on a USB2 system for me, does
not work on my USB3 system.
However that could be unrelated to 13711 , 14216 or 13858.
