Test run again with wireshark on the client... http://www.msknight.com/files/wireshark.pcapng Server is 192.168.0.2 and the test is a file, open in Bluefish, is altered and then asked to save. Bluefish doesn't give an error, but the operation fails and the temporary save file is left intact. Mic
