My machine was quite stable until I did a "pkg update" on Aug 6. I did another
on Aug 8 hoping to fix the problem. I do have a few panic dumps.
The machine was stable enough this morning to run savecore a couple of times
but it won't stay up long enough to do much with mdb now.

I had not tried running autostart from the command line. I just did...

I posted yesterday regarding problems I'm having getting VirtualBox
working on a new OI install.
I had an up to date OI install on an older machine that was running
6.1.4 without problems.
Older machine...
Gigabyte GA-890GPA-UD3H
AMD Phenom II X4 965
8GB memory
Classic BIOS
VirtualBox 6.
I reinstalled OI on a newer machine last week from a 1910 image in UEFI
mode.
I did a "pkg update" and "pkg install virtualbox" after. Unfortunately
the
daemons fail to start and enter maintenance state.
Any suggestions regarding where to look for more information appreciated.
