Anyone had any luck building xz http://tukaani.org/xz/
./configure doesn't complain but running make I get:
ld: fatal: relocation error: R_386_GOTOFF: file
.libs/liblzma_la-block_encoder.o: symbol lzma_block_encoder_init: a GOT
relative relocation must reference a local symbol
I'm using gcc

I have compiled xz on 134 with gcc-4.4.4 for TeXLive 2010.
There are both 32 and 64-bit binaries. Please e-mail me
privately if you want copies of the binaries.
