Virtualbox from Oracle releases.
Is there anything we can assist you with your setup, If you where using
virtualbox from Oracle releases, you can easily upgrade to the OI
release and keep using existing VM's.

Are you sure you are on a x64 platform?
$ psrinfo -vp
The physical processor has 4 cores and 8 virtual processors (0-7)
The core has 2 virtual processors (0-1)

No It is exclusively 64bit application now.
We deliver the 32bit additions though.
