Hi all, I have the following configuration, in OpenLDAP 2.3.32 (i know i have to upgrade to 2.3.38): Master -> Pivot -> Slave on 3 different servers. SyncRepl replicates in RefreshOnly mode, a sub-tree. When i dump the TLS traffic during a replication of a add or delete operation, i have around 6

Hi all, i want to implement a specific openldap configuration with 3 instances: 1st is a master 2nd is a syncrepl replica "and" slurpd master 3rd is a slurpd replica The reason why i want to implement this configuration is that i have firewall restrictions: Only the 2nd instance can establish TCP

Monitor the SyncRepl replication status

2007-09-05 Thread Bruno Lezoray EMSM
Hi all, few months ago, i developed script to monitor slurpd replication, by checking replication logs. Now, we want to implement SyncRepl replication, and it looks more complex to know a status of the replication. Is someone already developed a tool to do that ? My first idea is to compare the

Hi all, i have a request from a customer about 2 replication architectures and i would like to know if it's possible to implement them: 1 - Master Server -> "hub" Server -> Slave Server 2 - Server1 <-> Server2 <-> Server 3 An other question: Is the replication with slurpd or SyncREPL supported ov
