Ignore the passwd in the slave slapd.conf file - consider it 'secret'.
FWIW: that's not the password currently being used either. Still, embarrassing.

thats pretty the same like copying the database. Because data and metadata
are completely copied over from one host to the other.
Please delete your db files completely on one master (backup first!) and let
it sync the files from the other one.

slapadd, because of the change in contextCSN. I have not copied the
database files.
