Could it be that the SASL global configuration (also given in first
message) is wrong? I only set those 2 options:
olcSaslHost: localhost
olcSaslSecProps: none

Thanks for the response. I have been considering that setting, but it
is unchanged from the previous version. I am concerned that it might break
applications that are expecting a persistent connection. It also seems to be
growing so fast that there is a fundamental change som
