I went to create a theme in 1.9.3 on my macbook and the only images that
were able to be used were png's. Jpegs were greyed out, and when I
toggled the selection tool to "all images" Jpegs returned an error.

I get no video on Mac 10.5.8 running 1.9.3. I do get a white area that
appears to be where the video would be playing. This is the same in the
preview pane and also when trying to go live with video.
