Approve, but agree with Tim to try and avoid unnecessary cleanups.
Otherwise we end up having to spend time reviewing code that doesn't change
anything and didn't break any rules previously, and could also inadvertently
cause errors to creep in.

All the files play in Dragon Player. They also work in OpenLP 1405 and
older. It is between 1405 and 1419 that it broke for me. I though it
was maybe a problem with my install but I can reproduce it on 2
different 10.04 machines. I am also seeing the same error in a 10.10
VM.

Hmm, according to the log it seems that all the listed .mp4, .ogg and .avi
extensions are supported and present.
