Tried to download once more
I would prefer the approach to ignore the filename and derive filename
from the string inside the theme XML - and restrict this way only for
1.x themes

OpenLP 1.9.7
Importing a v1 theme with non-english characters in the name results in three
times of this dialog:
Error
File is not a valid theme
The content encoding is not UTF-8
and one time of this dialog:
Validation
Found the character by viewing the file with Notepad++ instead of
Notepad.
3 years ago I converted this and other some 600 songs from CCLI to OpenSong XML
format in order to get them imported into OpenLP 1, which in turn did the
import without any problem.

is then described (no attachment), then pressing the Send E-mail.
