3. Try to save OOS.

Saving run in separate thread with progress displayed.

Steps to reproduce:
1.Create a song in the db.
2.Add the song to the Service order.
3.Save service order list.
4.Check the option "Add missing songs when opening services" is checked (it is
by default).
5.Open saved service one mo
debug file is located in %appdata% - C:\Documents and
Settings\%USER%\Application Data\ but if user is Russian (I suppose -
non english) USER contains wrong charaters and OpenLP does not create
log file.
I've attached procmon log as in csv format.
May be it has sense to change log location to pro
Guys, may be it have sense to change log-file location or mechanism.
Because in both "fails to start" cases it was impossible to get debug
log - so it's more difficult to localize the problem.
