On the latest Dev release (2.3.2), running on Windows 8.1, I have
encountered a rather major problem! Namely, that the projector screen on
the second monitor does not change at all unless you show desktop and
back again.

I realise this is similar to a bug already posted, but the bug differs
in that on the already posted one, it is just with the initial projected
splash screen, yet this is an overall problem that includes songs,
custom slides, and images - I assume Bibles as well, but I have none on
this computer to test with.

This is the same whether on a dual-monitor setup or a single-monitor
one; neither clicking through a song nor using the arrow keys makes a
difference, although the arrow keys are registering as the song in the
'Live' window changes slide even though the projected slide does not.

This is not a problem on my Mac running the same release.
