Added a fix for the NGÜ bible. At some point this may need properly
looking at but not immediately. Not sure what the "New" in the bug
title refers too really as the actual code to download bibles hasn't
changed in ages.

I think I triggered it with 'John 9'. But there is no reason, why this plays a
role. The only important fact is, that you have to use 'Neue Genfer
Übersetzung' from Bibleserver. So the solution is to search for a call, which
translates the URL in pure ASCII.
