As asked in IRC: On linux the "blank menu" is also enabled when starting
OpenLP (no item live) and also when displaying a song with only one
verse.

@Aaron thanks a lot for the details, I can confirm that if there is a
single section item there is no menu. Lets see if that is an OS X issue
only or if anyone can confirm that also for other platforms.

Ok, I've tried it out with build 1636 and here's what I've found: (I did
things in this order, see the attached screen shots that match up with
the numbers below)
1. No song loaded to live: no problem
2. A song with one section loaded to live: original probl

Hi, I just tried these steps with the latest build
http://openlp.org/files/latest.dmg (build 1636) but could not reproduce
the mentioned erroneous behaviour.
I added a song directly to the Live tab (with right mouse-click on the
song and "Live"), the dropdown appears and after selecting "blank" or

I've been referring to the 1.9.5 release as build 1421, so yes, I've
seen the problem in that release.
I just tried 1.9.4 and can confirm (when the program is not crashing)
that it has the same problem :)

I have only tried the three builds that I listed, and all exhibited the
same behaviour.
