rmtpport and rtmpTunnelport ports. but when I go
http://YOURSERVER:YOURPORT/lps-x.x.x/openmeetings/, it is trying to
log into the standard default ports 1935 and 8088.

you see different results in maindebug.lzx and main.lzx?
Did you try to load the application from OpenLazslo also directly? There is
no need to copy the resulting SWF everytime to the red5 webapp folder. You
can alter the config.xml to connect to different servers.
so you have two issues:

When I open http://my.server.tld:5080/openmeetings/maindebug.lzx.lzr=swf8.swf
it works now, but when I try to use
http://my.server.tld:5080/openmeetings/main.lzx.lzr=swf8.swf
it doesn't work. It load the converted file and scroll
Delay is often connected to bandwidth Problems or high CPU load on Client
Side.
Check you network capacity and your Client System.
