i m not able load the ppt file ( or any other file on the white
board ) , the file is getting converted in the pdf and it shows the
thumb nail as well on the left side but when i click over it loads the
information on the whiteboard but i can't see any thing .. is it a
problem of flash 10 ?

I think this is because the PDF is encrypted.
You can test it by:
pdf2swf my.pdf my.swf
=> there is some trace you could post here but I think it will be some kind
of encrypted error.
To fix this you can do the following:
First reconvert it to a non crypted one by:
convert my.pdf my_copy.pd
