I believe this is RC3 problem which was fixed in r2052 (and in later
revisions as well). Replacing openmeetings.jar should work for you.

I know some people would have encrypted ldap password so I search an
issue but I am not a progamming student.
I use wireshark to scan packets and ldap password are send in plaint
