you need to resolve that by yourself i believe
check your installation
1) database if created and values filled
2) error logs present in your "log" folder of your server
i believe that would give you a clue of your issue
if your problem persists then paste your error log somebody will
resolve it
and when i use openmeetings_1_0_r2688 , i find a bug..(maybe bug ,,
maybe my installation issue)

yes, but my system is win2003, i want the Red5 run as windows
services , openmeetings_1_0_r2688.zip only run by Red5.bat ,

why Red5(Red5 v0.7.0 Final)?
penmeetings(openmeetings_1_0_r2688.zip already contains a Red5 package ...
which is also much more up to date. Red5 0.7 will not work. Don't know where
you did get that information to install that it is not mentioned in our
docs.
