got your problem...
here is what you got to do
1) copy your Red5.bat from D:/web/openmeetings, save it someplace
else as a copy just in case
2) cut all the *.bat(install, uninstall, start, stop and red5) and
wrapper.exe from your D:/web/openmeetings/binfolder and paste it
into

i found 2 new settings in the configuration section
path to ffmpeg, this one i got is for the new recorder and path where
ffmpeg resides
path to SOX, i just wanted to confirm it is the sound processor that
you relate to here ?

When you run the installer it should get added automatically. But if
