i am very confortable in dotnet stuff, never worked on java platform.

look just the way you want.

I had the same problem until I figured out that
field_user_principal=sAMAccountName did not work with my configuration.
So I ended up trying
field_user_principal=userPrincipalName
and that did the trick in my case.
It's worth a try...
