So is there a way to optimize for this on the fly? Ie, use the best settings
and move down until proper response times are met?

i'm not sure this is an OM issue because i've seen delays with skype's
desktop
Hello Sebastian. I have a scenario:
I plan a meeting in the calendar;
Users may access the room by invitation sent by email;
The first is entering moderation, but do not want it that way;
Would you like a particular user was moderator, but when setting up the
room to moderate and add the user,
you might download the JNLP file and start it from command line using:
javaws $filename
that might give you some more output to start analyzing the error.

When I click on Screen Sharing inside Firefox or Safari nothing
happens. I double checked to make sure the screen sharing port is
open, and don't know where to start. Video and Audio work fine. Any
suggestions?
