My question is related to video cam popup during the conference. Is
there any way I as the moderator can close the few users cameras
during the conference, for instance if fifty people are in the
conference room and everybody wants to join the room as the audio
video enabled conference, then

default off and everybody either needs to ask or become a moderator to turn
on audio/video.

SOAP calls addRoom and updateRoom are deprecated. Did it with
updateRoom tried - VideoPod is not changed. New calls
(updateRoomWithModeration) no longer have the parameters for videopod.
Or do you mean simply drag the mouse videopod bigger? So I can not change

available.
I think we had already some modification where you could choose from the
device settings box the default size of the video pod.

Instead of deleting the button you could add a construct like:
visisble=$once{
simply enter any conference room and upload the video like any other
document/image that you would like to share on the whiteboard.
The video will be in the File-Explorer jsut like any other document. You can
right click on it to start playing it on the whiteboard.
