Hi,
there was a argument change in the latest release of FFMPEG API.
I have already fixed that in OpenMeetings SVN and will publish a new
release soon.

I had successfully done install on Ubuntu 10.04. However for
development environment could not set up eclipse and SVN client.
Believe the compatible version of SVN client was javaHL1.7. which
never got installed with repeated attempts in Ubuntu.
