Database MUST listen and allow TCP/IP connections! And the default

I'm sure the developers can give you better advice, but my experience
has shown that when invoking the "High_Perf.bat" or the "High_Perf.sh"
as is, will complain with the following error:

After correcting my wrapper.conf file, I was then getting and error
indicating a problem with the spring-beans.jar.
There were TWO spring-beans.jars in the lib folder, ver. 2.5.6 and
3.0.0. I removed the 2.5.6 jar and everything now works just fine and
is now running as a service!

glance the green "check" as to whether it is checked or just shadowed.
