and the more I read about it... actually persony.com is already violating
the LPGL.
The do not only use OpenMeetings as Library, they modified it. In order to
the terms of the LPGL they have to:
- make the source code public available
- redistribute the source code only licensed as GPL or LPGL.
so
there is no real reason for v2 or v3. I read some articles about v3 but I am
not sure about the real changes from v2 to v3. A BSD styled license would be
also an option.
