just try it out with a local installation, leave out all the
converter-installation, just do that basic steps sothat video-streaming is
working and the try a demo with someone from overseas to see how is the
latency.

Most of the viewers (due to language limitation of courses) will be
local, i have got a server in US. My local system is not on static ip
but i can get around it with some tweaks. What would you recommend,
where should i install this on?
