Well, the SWF don´t seems to be invalid. Just not able to be shown
more then only the first Slide in the Whiteboard.
Adding a controlbar with swfcombine results a SWF, which can be shown
in any html with embedded Flash. (As I already wrote)

I only had problems with old versions of GhostScript that caused some
trouble in creating the thumbnails not not the other way round where
the SWF is invalid.
