You were right, thank you, problem solved by adding JRE system Library
into Libraries under the Java Build Path

Trying to deploy code to eclipse, Tomcat starts just fine but when I
try to get the access to the http://localhost:8081/install (8080 port
is already taken so I changed to 8081) it says "Servlet Install in not
currently available". What do I do wrong? Please advice
