One correction to this: any feature work that needs to be in Meridian
2016 needs to be in a branch based off of the release-17.0.0 branch
since it will form the fundamental basis for Meridian 2016. If you are
not sure if your new work will be included in Meridian 2016, please

preparation of doing a 17.0.0 release in the not-too-distant future.
