This is about how Jim and OpenOCD is built and who maintains
Jim Tcl.
By using the release, OpenOCD no longer needs to maintain Jim
Tcl and we get some "missing features", e.g arrays.

openocd with my pocket pc based on pxa270 cpu, but I can't
setup proper config file and as result I am received lots of errors :(

It's a good idea to avoid copypasting from existing interface and/or
target config files. Just use source to pull them in to your config:
source [find interface/parport.cfg]
source [find target/pxa270.cfg]
