Hi Maróy, I do development work on Mac OS X Leopard and I ran into a lot of issues like this getting a cross-compiler to work properly in the past. I finally succeeded, but I had to spend three weeks making and testing a custom script to build cross gcc.
I don't know if it will help you, but if you are interested I could send that to you and you can try to build gcc with the script.
