I have done a lot of work on uptech 2410 board these days, and I made
a configuration file for this board. I hope you can merge this file
into OpenOCD.
BTW: I think in the file of target/samsung_s3c2410.cfg, the line 19
should not be 0x, the correct one is:
set _CPUTAPID
