That seems just wrong. The only time I've seen that type of address was
a Long Time ago in some auto-configure port thing that went bad

config? Shouldn't that be either "0" or "0x3f8" rather?
I've never seen that one used anywhere, and it definately doesn't
work on my (standard PC) parallel port ("0" does work).
