It seems that gettext can't locate the libcharset when rebuilding the
rpm from OpenPKG 2.3 src.rpm. If I add 'LIBS=-lcharset' after the
CFLAGS line (line # 93), then it builds fine. I tested this and it
works fine rebuilding the package under both RHEL3 and Solaris 9. I
